Wee Wei Ling is the Executive Director of Sustainability Partnerships, Lifestyle, and Assets at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, overseeing the group’s hospitality assets and lifestyle brands St Gregory Spa and Si Chuan Dou Hua restaurants. With over 35 years in the hospitality industry, she is known for her strategic leadership and commitment to sustainability and ethical practices .

Driven by a passion for corporate social responsibility, Ms. Wee chairs Project We Care—a CSR initiative uniting public-sector and private-sector partners—and co-founded Extra•Ordinary People, an institute supporting individuals with special needs through employment, arts, and therapy programs. Her groundbreaking work earned her the Public Service Medal in 2020.

A pioneer in inclusive hiring, she created training partnerships that empower people with disabilities in food services and hospitality. Additionally, Ms. Wee is a dedicated advocate for local art and culture, having curated fine art and tea culture exhibitions—founding Singapore’s first hotel-based tea room with live Chinese art installations.
